I did not receive my online order. This business has ignored all attempts to contact them and has not refunded my money.

Lovely run family business.  Owner very sweet will spend time trying to get you what you need.  Very informative with their vitamins and potions and nothing is too much to ask.  I travel 1 hour just to get my vitamins from there and for the service.

This is an amazing shop - always very helpful and informative.  The lovely chap who took it over a few years ago is really friendly as are all the staff.  Phillipa the physic lady who has room in the back is amazing swell!!! Couldn't recommend it highly enough.

The owner and the main person running this shop is knowledgeable and very helpful. I have been a customer for about 5 years now and would recommend the place to anyone. The prices can be a bit dearer then at bigger health food shops but it's worth it as it's an independent retailer with priceless customer care :

Lovely little oasis in town. Regular and usual items. Was extremely happy when I found this Healthfood store when visiting finchley in January. Definitely a thumbs up!

Used to go to store regularly. gentleman there is extremely helpful Unlike the mature lady at the till. Please note as a customer I don't appreciate being patronised or condescending attitude. This is not how you retain customers !
