Just received a Charley bear back from yourselves. It was a bear I had brought for myself but let my grandson take home when he was upset one time. Charley bear never came back to me and he has sat on the end of my grandsons bed quite happily for four years or so. Just before Christmas my grandson managed to pull the head off the bear and was distraught, he didn’t want a new bear (which I suggested I get him) he just wanted the original bear back. I searched the web and found Alice bear shop who were very helpful when I called them, when they heard my grandson was so upset they offered to try to repair the bear as soon as possible. I have today delivered Charley bear back to my grandson who has put him back in his rightful position at the end of his bed. I anticipate Charlie bear will be loved for a few more years yet thanks to Alice bear shop. The repair cannot be faulted....we are very happy, many thanks

What a wonderful shop and service. We had 3 poorly and very old teddies treated at the hospital. All 3 returned in fantastic condition and ready for another 80 years of service! The people who own and run this excellent business live and breathe what they do, so much care and attention to details. We can't recommend them enough. The shop has now moved from its high st shop to an area above the Cornish bakery shop alongside artists studios.

I have bought one of there rag doll kits , fantastic value and the quality of the fabrics is very high . The how too videos on you tube are very useful, but the instructions included in the kit are easy to understand. I made a small error when putting the hair on the doll , and a short email to the company was answered very promptly and that was on a Sunday evening , and now I am back on track . I would love to visit there shop and Hospital, but I live to far away . Still I have the website, and I am now on my way to compleating a lovely Rag Doll for my first grand child Freya. Thank you .

I cannot thank Dr Dave and his amazing team enough for repairing"Bunny" for me. The repairs were fantastic and at 47 years old I was wondering if it would be possible to mend him. Dr Dave was able to do the repairs so that we could conveniently pick up during our holiday. I was overwhelmed with the results. Thank you
