I can’t believe such a high profile nightclub would allow for customers to be drugged. Me and my boyfriend went straight to the bar as soon as we walked in last night, 2 vodka redbulls which we drank straight away and 20 minutes in i could just about get myself to the toilets where i could not stop throwing up. 40 minutes later my boyfriend was almost having to carry me out the club and i ended the night in the emergency room. I wouldn’t want to falsely accuse the bartender of spiking me as i have no proof but my drink didn’t leave my hand/sight once from the moment I got it. I’ll never be going to a PRYZM nightclub ever again and I’d warn other women to be very careful if they plan on spending a night out in this place too.

Sophie and Danica (cloakroom Saturday 31/03) were amazing, super quick and helpful... James the door member in the smoking area was awesome too

Horrible place, was ejected for wanting to talk to the manager about a complaint I had, the club was over capacity and as a consequence I was trampled on in the smoking terrace. Contacted the “deltic group” (the owners of the venue) the following day, they told me that they would investigated this, they take a month to do this and then come back to be and say “I was free to remain in the club”. Paid £25 per ticket for VIP (group of 4). Lying staff and terrible management. Couldn’t even make a complaint. Will never return!

Never pay them in advance. Never have seen such people in this country.  Sold ticket online but didn't let me in despite charging me for ticket. They denied their treatment afterwards and led me to the process of sueing them.
