Andrew is the best security guy I've ever seen in vinyl. Period. He should be in vinyl every night till I finish uni in 2026!!!!!

The club itself music, etc is fine, however it’s definitely quantity over quality, in a freshers week they’re trying to turn away as many people as possible. I’ve booked a 7 quid ticket and been turned away the queue stretches all around the block

Staff were so rude. Kicked us out for not even being drunk. Then shouted at us for trying to have a mature conversation. Do not go here. You will get kicked out for no reason

Good club & love the disco room but the tunes in the main room need to be livened up a bit, songs are played for so long and repeated over and over again

DJ in vynl room kept interrupting songs with unnecessary comments. Was very jaring.

last night we came to pryzm for a celebrity event and were very disappointed with the experience. my friend tripped and hurt her leg so much so that couldn’t walk on it. when taken to the med room she was told she was just “too drunk”, “putting it on” and that she could walk perfectly fine. we were then dismissed and told to leave the venue. bare in mind we had only been in the club for 40 minutes, 20 of which were spent in the medical room - and got kicked out before the person we paid to see even showed up. my friend received no kind of medical help from the medical team. after visiting the hospital this morning, we found out she has torn a ligament and now has to use crutches for 6 weeks. overall, we’re deeply disappointed with the lack of help we received and feel that it’s important to be reassured that support is available during a night out. however, we feel that very little is available and offered at this pryzm. after this experience we will not be returning to your venue again.

Normally pryzm is a great night out. I brought my brother down to experience it and he wasn’t allowed in because he was intoxicated even though he only had two beers and wasn’t even drunk. They simply said he was so called intoxicated because of his South African accident and they couldn’t understand him. When I spoke to the manger she didn’t even know which guy she was talking about and was so unprofessional about it. She kept going the guy that stumbled even though she turned about 25 guys away because they were stumbling?

Despite all these reviews I've never had a problem with the security ‍ the medic was a lovely lad who really seems to care. The bouncers have always given me warnings before they did anything else. The guy who checked my ID was super friendly.  The only bad experiences I've had were:  - They demanded to look in my bag and pockets and everything but they let the girl I was with through without even talking to her. There was a female bouncer on as well. - They threatened to kick my friend out cuz of his bad dancing - they cut me off cuz I closed my eyes while sitting in my booth cuz I was tired as it was like 1am and I had been dancing for the last 3 hours

Got pushed by bouncer and “first aider” just because it was raining and me and my friends didn’t wanna get soaked. physically and verbally aggressive. Would not recommend at all.  The other staff are nice. The bouncers are just horrible no reason and use force for no reason at all. You need to learn how to communicate properly instead of just shouting and pushing it’s giving childish

islamiphobic bouncer named Liz , a lil old, blue jacket. immediately kicked me out the line and claimed i was drunk and skipping. I ended up getting in anyways because i was sober, she ended up being rude when i told her my religion. She has blonde hair and will be confronting her soon as i know the owner of pryzm. she tried to make me walk home by myself.
