Ordered wellies cost 98 pound came damage emailed and not heard out back since won't be ordering again
Wrong items sent out, it took two weeks and constant emails for replacements to be sent out. Poor customer service. thought I was saving money because they were a bit cheaper, it would have been better to pay a bit more to a professional company with good customer service. Don't waste your money here buy elsewhere.
Regularly use Prosafe and they are now my default supplier for all things in workwear and PPE. They helped out providing Covid-19 supplies before, during and ongoing through our various lockdowns. Well trained and knowledgeable staff, carry good stock and good delivery service! 5*****
Just wanted to say thank you to all the Prosafe team for all your help with getting the fleeces sorted and your advice on our safety kit, and hand sanitiser kits for our vans, especially at such short notice, extremely helpful and will be coming back for all our PPE needs in the furure, can't thank you enough.

10 days waiting for a pair of boots, promised call back to sort the issue... No call back... No boots and very little in the way of interest from people at the company to resolve this.... IF YOU CAN'T SUPPLY THE ITEMS YOU ADVERTISE THEN DON'T ADVERTISE THE FOR SALE! And don't take money for items that you can't supply !!
