This place is excellent for fancy dress costumes and the grotto for the children at Christmas is one in a million worth every penny my kids love it ages 8 & 10 years old

The Reindeer Christmas experience was truly amazing, post office elf made my little girls day, the whole experience of a one on one personalised elf companion was brilliant. I will definitely do this again next year. Hopefully we can pre book post office elf again too!

We took the kids today to meet santa. The time there was great. Kids were kept entertained as we were escorted by sneezy elf. At first the kids were shy, but the elf soon brought them out of their shells. I would highly recomend. The kids genuinly loved it. And the santa was great...even I questioned if he was the real deal :-

Visited for Christmas event and only seeing about posting rating now, oops. Well organised and kids really enjoyed all the activities. Parking can be a bit tight. Do plan to visit for costumes at some point, but no one invites me to fancy dress parties it seems ;-

Phoned on Monday and was told they would put a Harry Potter tie to one side for my daughter to wear on world book day, my partner drove half an hour out of his way to collect it to be told they didn't have any left! What made it worse was the 'couldn't care less' attitude of the staff, no apology whatsoever!! As a family of six we have hired/bought many costumes from here for  many years but sadly won't be returning.

Unfriendly staff not helpful... totally miserable.... tried to return something I bought unworn  just opened packaging to have a look.  Owner would not  return even though not in their terms and conditions. Their Reason was because I’d opened it. Had to open it to have a look. Will never go there again and do not recommend due to them being so miserable and unhelpful.......

Christmas activities with Santa was a hit for our five year old, family fun on a snowy wintery day. Perfect.

Great shop for all your fancy dress needs. Just picking up our elf costumes for the PDC Darts next week. Thanks for all your help.
