This was the only place I could find a cupboard with the dimensions I needed desk height, but deep, so full marks for selection.  When the delivery arrived, it had been slightly damaged by the couriers, on one of the panels. I notified them and they immediately offered to send a replacement. As the damage was slight and would be out of sight, I declined their offer.  Assembly was very easy, the unit very sturdy and it looks great.  I would definitely recommend them.

After a small initial hiccup, I thought they had a showroom, they don't; the service was excellent. Goods matched expectation which was high, service exceeded expectation and would happily recommend.

My company recently purchased 5 of the RISE 2 Dual Motor Height Adjustable Electric Stand Up Desk.  John at Project X was very helpful and informative throughout, and we have been very happy with the desks we received. The delivery arrived on time, and the assembly was carried out quickly using the easy to follow instructions. A great quality product built to withstand a bustling busy office environment. The staff here love these height adjustable desks, most preferring to stand for most of the day ! Bought a Rise 1 desk from Project X Office over a year ago, very impressed.  Totally stress free service and delivery - fantastic desk!  If I'm being honest, I spend way too long in front of my computer and this is a game changer for my neck and back - heartily recommended!

Absolutely appalling customer service and restocking, the website states the delivery guideline is 1-5 working days for Chairs/Seating. I desperately needed a chair, ordered one nearly 2 months ago and still have not received it! On the website it showed in stock but shortly after I received an email that actually it wasn't and the website isn't always accurate about stocks! I have been reassured that it would be estimated to arrive at different dates twice but both of these dates have passed with no further information being sent to me. I only received a 10% discount if I were to continue with my purchase after having complained in an email. I am very  disappointed and don't think I will be buying from here again. You never know when your delivery will truly arrive, could be months from now! Do not recommend!
