Richard, the salesman, was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. A true asset. Price was very competitive and when we explained we could get it cheaper, they matched it without issues. Great customer experience overall.
I am pleased that Benson had given me a time slot for the delivery in advance. The delivery team, Kieran and Kim were very nice. Before their arrival, I also received a phone call from Benson to let me know that they will come in 30 minutes. It was a great experience. I highly recommend Bensons for Beds.
We were kept well informed both before & on the day of delivery. The guys were efficient and very pleasant. The old mattress was quickly sealed in a bag & removed. New items received were very well packed too. All good
We were helped by a very polite young man who explained the terms etc of our purchase in detail. He left us alone to browse after offering assistance and advice. Would definitely by from Bensons again.
We went on a Saturday lunchtime and there was absolutely no other customers in there. So why did the two salesmen completely ignore us? One looked like he wouldn’t be able to string two words together the other looked at us like we’d disturbed his post lunch nap. Terrible attitude from the both of them. Would not recommend.
Friendly welcome into store. Explained that we were looking for a new mattress and the young chap who served us was very polite friendly and knowledgeable, he showed us the mattresses requested in our price range and explained the comfort levels and the structures of the mattress with no pressure to buy. Richard 15/11/23 I think his name was and his female colleague educated us on pillows, side sleepers front back ect. Overall a pleasant experience, very happy with our purchase. I would highly recommend Bensons for beds Archer Road Sheffield !
Great experience, beautifully laid out store, excellent range of products to choose from,. The staff were friendly, professional and very helpful and informative. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again
Really helpful and knowledgeable staff, quick and efficient to identify our needs and made mum feel confident in her choice of bed and mattress. Would definitely return and don't be afraid to speak to the sales people, they are not pushy and super helpful. The bed has now been delivered by people doing a fantastic job. Really grateful to the delivery people, for giving tips on how to assemble and taking time for the customer. The bed is great and just what we needed.
Very knowledgeable member of staff. No pressure but very helpful, to browse the collection at my own pace was good too
From going in the shop to sleeping our first night on our new bed, it's been an excellent experience. I thoroughly recommend your company
