A spacious and well layed outlet with a reasonable choice of product. Friendly and professional staff. I feel it deserves 4 stars but I left and got what I needed eleswhere. Maybe next time.

This shop is so worth a visit if you love your kitchen. Eileen is the most helpful girl. She helped sort out my shopping in a pleasant and friendly manner. Eileen I will be back. You have made me love Procook even more.
Had a fantastic experience in Procook on 24/10. Don't usually leave reviews based on shopping experiences however the girl who dealt with us that day was fantastic. the one whose pen leaked :-D She provided excellent customer service and is such a attribute to the store. We're very happy with our new Oslo dining set!
