I had a simple filling done a couple of months ago at Pro Dent. It turned out to be a bad filling as bacteria has been going through ever since and now I need a major root canal treatment. Thank you Pro Dent!

Great experience. Was refered to Pro Dent via NHS 111 after suffering with severe tooth pain. Was seen within minutes of arrival and had a pain free extraction! The dentist, his assistant and the recptionists were all great!

My mum had an emergency tooth extraction here and whilst the experience was horrible here, the result has been worse. The dentist here was such in a hurry that he vigorously injected anaesthetic into the gum and without being careful yanked her tooth out. Communication is just as bad as he won't explain nothing. It's been 5 days now and I'm still in pain from where he injected and man handled my mouth. Very very poor service.

changeing dentists as my previous one constantly changed times. first appointment with pro dent, within 10minutes of the day starting they were apparrently running 20 minutes late with overbookings. Another dentists who feels their time is so much more important than their patients.

This is the worst dental surgery I’ve ever been to. They put my crown on, went on holidays and the crown came off after 3 days. I called them to take the next appointment to fix that and they told me they didn’t have any available for the next few weeks??? Everything is done in a hurry, the dentist wouldn’t answer to my questions nor would explain what he was doing. The receptionist really rude and unfriendly. I am a Vet and I assure you I treat much better my patients.
