I got there nice and early. Was warmly greeted by a friendly reception team and managed to be in and out - with treatment (from a great dentist) within 20 minutes! Would highly recommend!

Great dentist, with up to date facilities. All issues sorted quickly.  Helpful and friendly staff all round. Would highly recommend as a good emergency dentist

We used this NHS-Walk In centre this Friday as our regular dentist could not fit us in until next week, 5 days away. The dental pain was really, really bad, so we got there at 8am after being directed by NHS 111. We were seen by Mandy the Dentist who was extremely good. She diagnosed a big abscess and prescribed antibiotics and advised us on what to next. The board advised a 3 hour wait (understandable), and we expected to wait that long as it is looked busy and we were not part of the practice's patients. But we were seen in 30 minutes once we registered - so A REALLY BIG THANK YOU to the whole team there, we were so pleased to see somebody that could tide us over the weekend!

Got a walk-in appointment on Saturday morning - was seen in less than an hour which is amazing! Incredibly friendly receptionist and dentist (Davina) who took the time to talk through my concerns and treatment. A really positive experience. Would definitely recommend and will definitely go back here.

I visited the shirley damira dental studio earlier today. As a emergency walked in as i was in agony from severe wisdom tooth pain and needed some medicial attention asap. I arrived 10:40 and was told  emergency walk in would take between 1hr- 3hrs wait to see someone. I said its fine that i see someone today as i was in so much pain .after a long wait of over 3hrs , at 2.50pm i was called in, the dentist examined my teeth, and said he could do nothing , as the theres too much damage and he will need to refer me to the hostiptal. And would prescribe me some anitbiotics to clear up the infection. And then i asked him would, i need to book an appointment with the hostipal? He then said no you will need to join a dentist first. Which really confused me as he made sound urgent and said i needed to be referred to a hostiptal. I expained that i am in alot of pain, and its affecting me very badly and can not wait any longer to get treatment as its severe. I feel my visit today was very pointless, i was charged money for a brief 1 minute  check up to be told and turned away with no mention for any further treatments to be  made. He stated that my condition serious.  Also made to wait over  3hrs on top of it . The denist even gave me false information saying he would need to refer me  to hostipal as my condition was severe and bushed it off  when i mention it again by saying i just need to join a denist as there nothing he can do to help me. I feel that as emergency walk in dental centre that they would be able help with actual 'emergencies'' but unless your one for their patients they couldn't care less for emergency walk in patients that need attention that day! Its false advertisment, as they don't really cater to help walk in unless your just looking to a get prescription of antibiotics. And quick check up to get you in and out there to make money.  I am at home now and still in alot of pain and very unhappy with this situtation. I feel it was a complete waste of my time and money, and i feel will take my compliant further. I DO NOT recommend going here as a walk in  patient as its pointless  and will do you no good. Join a dentist and becaome a paient first if you want anything done!
