A great family run garage with knowledgeable staff who solved a tricky warning light problem and then MOT tested and serviced my car. Finding a reliable garage is difficult but I have found one in Priory Motors.
We have been using Priory Motors for about 20 years now and found them very professional and accommodating. They are a very popular and busy garage which offers top class service and always willing to help. Well done guys and Karen

Great service always helpful. Like today went in with DPF fault and was helped and sorted very fast . Other garages would have kept me waiting and worried. Fault found and fixed at a great price. Give them a go you will love the service and trust they give.
Hi just had my Motorhome service, found the lady on reservation very welcoming and friendly, mike the proprietor who mot my vehicle was very Knowledge and helpful and answered all my questions and gave me some good advice. Could not give me a price without my full history address date of birth phone number email address where's the one asks all that just to give you a service in price I get very worried I note your comment the sad truth ideas that the quality of service in most establishments these days is not worthy of Praise you take pains to mention Aldi if you look at the pictures you will see see that the fruit is covered in Mould would you expect anything less that a poor review or even purchase them unlike many people I prefer not to have my data stored on other people's computers and the simple question I was asking what's for the cost of a service where was it necessary to issue all that data

just had some work done by these guys and after the stress I had with another garage they were really good no hassle for them got the work done no problem will use again and highly recommend
Extremely poor customer service, when taking car for MOT on mon 1st April. The lady behind the counter wouldnt say good morning,even after I'd said it twice! Car failed on number plates , apparently bought illegally from Halfords. The Mot tester Mr M Carruthers wanted to sell me his number plates to put on my car, so he could pass it. I refused and agreed to pay £50 and take the car away as a fail . Mr Carruthers told me he would be keeping an eye on the registration plate and if it passed In the next few days, he would report that particular garage for passing it! I wasn't happy thinking I'd bought plates that were illegal. I went to see deputy manager at Halfords immediately and he went through the computer program, telling me all plates sold there are legal and all spacing and designs are the only ones allowed within that program. For example you cannot put any other design through that program, it simply will not allow as Mr Carruthers had suggested, also , telling me that there was no such thing as an approved place for buying registration plates, anyone could make anything. I decided to appeal this decision to the DVSA Driver and vehicle standards agencyas I really wasnt happy. I filled in the online appeals form and sent it electronically that day. I had a call from DVSA today 4/4/19 saying that if an assessor came out to assess the car, Mr Carruthers who would be invited to attend could dispute that the plates were the original ones he saw on the car, as it had left the premises . So basically Mr curruthers at priory motors has scammed £50 from me, by failing the Mot on perfectly legal plates as confirmed by DVSA! Not happy that he has done this, and I would like my money back as a good will gesture. However DVSA had said that they will be keeping an eye out with priory motors garage as a marker has been placed on it, and more visits will occur because of this . I now have permission from DVSA to get my car re mot' d at any other garage, without any repercussions from Mr Carruthers reporting them. Please consider before using this garage for MOT as the same could happen to you. EDIT The other family car same design plates from Halfords went through an MOT yesterday and passed, no issues with registration plates. The DVSA have categorically stated that plates purchased from Halfords with a Halfords stamp and number ARE LEGAL. They do not need to see the plates as Halfords cannot sell illegal plates. I have taken this up with DVSA, my husband doesn't need to do this as well. There will be a marker placed by your garage for failing a car that should have passed. Please learn the rules of current designs of registration plates. Times have changed.
