Arrived 3 hours before my scheduled appointment for a brake health check. Which was no problem at all for these guys. Sorry I didn't get your name. Had all new front brakes at a price match price. Great communication throughout I would definitely recommend this branch.

Went for my tracking which they did went back 5weeks later for the tracking again and they tried to tell me a nut was rounded off but 5 weeks before nothing was wrong with the nut said they could do it and put a new nut on for £140 I told them to leave it went to Halfords and they did the tracking straight away when asked about the nut they said there was no issues with it I feel that because I am female they was just trying to take advantage of the situation for more profit and gane

Called in this morning, I was 180 miles from home , to have a spare wheel and tyre swapped over , they also checked alignment and had to adjust just the fronts. Brilliant polite and efficient service . Great guys and so helpful. Thank you so much.

Waited an hour for delivery of a 900amp cranking battery, as was in the vehicle. Sadly the battery offered as a 110 AH rather than a 100AH battery and the larger physical size would not fit in, so had to "make do" with a 800 cranking battery "off the shelf".
Awful customer experience. Had a nail in front tyre. Needed a repair to get home as have our own garage. Sat outside Kwik fit while staff waited inside until exactly 1 minute past 10am. Staff then refused to puncture repair even though tyre was perfectly road legal. They cited that it's their own company policy to only repair what they deem to be repairable. Basically they couldn't be bothered. As mechanics ourselves glad they don't work for us. They'd have been sacked long ago.
I just popped in as was travelling from Carlisle the lad was very helpful couldn't thank him enough I was the lad with yellow ford focus
Excellent service.So helpful and accommodating.Polite, friendly, professional and efficient. Very impressed and appreciative.Matt was marvellous!
