Unexpected find, awesome pub. Welcoming staff, plenty of beer options and good food. Ordered the favorites platter and it didn't disappoint. The fried chicken wings were delicious, also comes with fried fish, French fries and two good sized sliders. Mixed green salad was good too. Off Hills road, give it a try.
Definitely worth visiting. The food was delicious. I had macaroni cheese. Salad and garlic bread with the food. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. This place was recommended to me and I would definitely go back again
Seems like a popular place especially among the young crowd, but you find every type of person really. There is a nice snack menu if you need something with your beer or other drinks. Outside there is a great seating area and if it rains some of it is covered so you can stay without getting wet.
Good atmosphere and a nice location. Decent choice of food which are good portions for the money. Not enough staff sometimes to cope with trade, have had to wait most times.
First visit... Great friendly staff... Totally recommend the fish'n'chips, well fried, excellent piece of fish, yummy mashy peas... adorable chips! Lovely pub, would definitely recommend and we're looking forward to visiting again when in Cambridge. Thanks guys, especially the young man serving the food, great job!
Do you ever find one of those places traveling where you just wish you could spend every day there trying everything on the menu ? This is one of those places , it’s literally drool worthy and honestly I might have to make the trip again just for another bite. Every single thing I ordered was , perfect . Usually a place has one or two that are good and the rest are Meh not this one ! There is not just a single star to make this menu shine. The chef is a literal genius and the food is just to die for .
Where to start there is way to much to cover in such a small paragraph. The atmosphere here will not disappoint it feels like you have suddenly stopped into to somewhere that feels like home. The staff are always welcoming , but it really is the food that’s the star and the crown gem in this hidden spot. YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY. I have yet to try a dish the isn’t over the top amazing. And honestly whether your craving just chips and burger or something more creative. The kitchen staff goes above and beyond to make sure that your food is exactly what you need. I wish I could add in another five stars but this is what google would allow !
Fast service and friendly staff. My partner and I enjoyed food,as sausages and mash, the portion had rich and tasty. Sticky toffee pudding had so nice and fresh, taste had delicious. Recommend the restaurant very much.
This is a pretty little place... warm n welcoming. Would definitely love to visit again.
Warm relaxing pub. Food was lovely staff very friendly. The food was a reasonable priced. The only down fall was there was enought staff a little bit of a wait. Wouldn't stop me going there again.
