Went here for a midweek meal. The lady welcomed us and sat us down. Drinks came quickly and the menu had very many choices on it. We had starters, main and desert and nothing disappointed. The pizza was fantastic and the banana dessert was really tasty. Definitely recommend the dessert. It's a family run business and is a small venue but has it's own lovely atmosphere and hope it does really well.

I´ve been here a couple of times and definitely not coming back. The food is quite average, and they don´t split the portions properly.I had the same pasta as a friend and she got triple amount of sauce as I did. The staff don't pay attention to the customers, they were making jokes between them while we were waiting for ordering drinks. There are plenty better Italian restaurants in town.

I had booked for a birthday meal and we were thoroughly disappointed. Food didn't taste fresh and the fish in our saffron risotto was overcooked and very bland. The calamari starter may as well have been bought in from Iceland. No refinement at all! Service was abrupt and when we complained about the risotto we were then told how we should have ordered it differently if we didn't like the meal. The best thing about the meal was the wine. Which even at £26.00 had a screw top. Feel as though at £72.00 we could have gotten much better food elsewhere where everything but the salad tasted cooked from frozen. Wouldn't go back, though I feel sorry for the staff who have to create the facade of fine dining and decent food.

Good honest Italian food. Pasta was cooked perfectly in a delicious sauce. My wife had a pizza which she claims is one of the best she has had.

Amongst the usual restaurant chains in this part of Cheltenham, it was wonderful to find this family run restaurant which didn't fail to impress. First the accessibility issue, my wife is in a wheelchair. Two steps up to get into the restaurant and the toilets a located up the first flight of stairs. Not at all accessibility friendly which is a real shame, otherwise this would definitely be a 5 star review. I'm assuming this restaurant is located in a converted town house and it certainly has that cozy, intimate, romantic atmosphere to it. We were greeted by our host and shown to our table. She was very helpful in taking coats and helping with the practicalities of having a wheelchair. My wife was able to transfer to a normal dinning chair which was padded and comfortable, unlike so many establishments with the hard wooden variety of chair. The menu has a great selection and we asked our host for her recommendations. The wine was nicely chilled, the food was served hot. The restaurant wasn't at its busiest and we didn't have to wait long. The food was fresh and flavoursome with good size portions. We indulged in a shot of Limonchello each to end, reminding us of dining out in Italy. If we find ourselves in Cheltenham again, we would have no hesitation in returning...
