Ordered online and had to pay 102 euros for taxes???? The website said I’d have to pay 42! That’s an insane difference. And if I chose to return it I’d lose all that money. Customer service said I should’ve contacted the tax office in my country like, who does that before buying a sweatshirt?? Avoid!!!
Excellent service. Even offered to repair a stone island swether i had bougth 2.5 years ago at a different store in Italy. At no cost for me, because i was not happy about the quality at that sweather. And he offered that without me having to ask which i would not ask because i had purchased it at a totally unrelated store. Wd had a discussion about stone island and the quality of the brand, and i just mention that i had an older stone island piece that i was not happy about the quality of. And he instantly offered to take a look at it, and see if the tailor could get it repaired at no cost, if i had it with me i was traveling to slough from norway. I happened to have that specific swether at the hotel. I got it back the next day, looking as good as new:
Brother 2 Brother Slough, was an unpleasant experience. I was first greeted by a friendly young member of staff. I then asked about what RET meant on a pair of stone Island jeans. A man from the back appeared and confronted me whilst eating and let me know in a angry tone that I had asked too many questions. “You don’t need to know what that means, all you need to know, is if they are regular, tapered or skinny.” I then realised that RET stood for REgular Tapered fit. So I did need to know that I replied. He then went on to comment about my clothes before realising that I was wearing a Burberry Sport coat and Stone Island jeans. He then presented an ultimatum; to buy or to leave. So I left to never return.
Friendly helpful staff but only a small section of formal attire
Locks the door when u enter the shop makes u feel so uncomfortable. Really bad customer service. I have never experienced before. Avoid this shop.
Not the cheapest but the only men’s clothes shop on the high street worth a mention
