Really friendly staff who got the huge queues down really quickly.nnThere's 5 floors! The departments are: mens, baby, children's, home, beauty, women's, shoes, accessories and lingerie and then there's also a Greggs cafe and a nail salon!nnThe Greggs cafe is amazing with friendly staff and gorgeous food at an amazing price. There are wheelchair accessible toilets in the cafe which are clean.nnThere's free WiFi and you can also do Click and Collect there.nnThe prices are fantastic and I have to say the make up and cosmetics are very high quality as are the clothes. I love getting bits for my home as there's always something unique to find. It's a great place to buy everyday items but also special gifts too.nnI was really impressed with the Adaptive range. The clothing had been designed for people who are tube fed or have limited mobility. Absolutely fantastic nnI can't fault Primark and I always visit Primark when I visit Liverpool!
We popped into the Liverpool Primark to grab something we’d already bought before — they really do have everything! This one felt noticeably cleaner and better organised than the one in Bristol, which made the visit a lot more pleasant.
Come every month to get my nails done, lovely girls, staff excellent!!! The only thing that I HAVE TO complain is the air conditioner, we are all freezing in the salon because the air con is too cold. Honestly, it’s not even summer yet.nnAnyway special mention to Dorina, she is always nice and attentive. I always come back to her
As an American in the UK, my expectations for visiting a Primark for the first time was quite high. This location surpassed my expectations. It was very clean and organized. The dress rooms for try on had a wait but a good flow and clean. Was very happy with my service during checkout as well. I walk with a cane and everyone was very mindful and kind.
Very disappointed by my visit today. Spent time choosing my clothes only for the queues for the tills to be so long with only 2 members of staff working them that after waiting 10 mins I couldn’t wait any longer and so had to leave. One floor had no tills open at all. The queues were so long but there were at least 4 members of staff sorting clothes out behind the tills but not working on them. I wasn’t the only customer who left the queue due to the excessive wait time.
