A big shop with a great selection of stylish clothes and shoes. The only thing that stood out was the security following me around, it was a bit funny being watched all the time, but it didn’t bother me too much nOverall, worth a visit!
Ibby the Manager and his team are the most genuinely and the most welcoming kind souls i have ever met. I went in today to buy some gifts and some trainers for myself. They went above and beyond for me and found everything that I wanted in my size. They were so polite and calm and dealt with all my queries like real professionals. I would highly recommend this store to buy all your nike products. Best service I have reveived in a very long time. 1000% will be recommending them to all my freinds and family.
Shocking customer service and cold atmosphere at this store. Visited today and as we placed our items down at the till, the female staff member did not greet, serve or even look at me despite me waiting directly in front of her. Another customer walked up and was immediately served. Was I a ghost? Obviously I left without the purchase but I’m baffled that I wasn’t given basic human respect, let alone as a customer.

The staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make my visit a positive one.nnDanny, the manager, was fantastic. He made sure that I was well taken care of and even honored a previous discount I had received, which showed a level of customer care that's hard to find. His professionalism and customer-first attitude made the entire shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.nnI also want to give a shoutout to Lois, one of the store assistants. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and offered great recommendations. Lois really made the shopping process easy and stress-free.nnOverall, this store has a great team that goes above and beyond for their customers. I will definitely be returning and recommending Nike Edge Lane to others. Thanks again to Danny and Lois for their excellent service!
