Excellent service from beginning to the end! All of the Bradley's team were great to deal with but to me the star of the year was Claire who dealt with all the bumps and lumps with grace and promptness. The Hayle office are so helpful and certainly make every step of the way of buying in my case as easier as possible. I would highly recommend Kris and his team specially Claire, don't forget Claire! xx
Helped me and my partner move into our new flat without hassle. With brilliant videos up for the properties, we were able to make an informed decision without having to visit the property. Very efficient and freindly service, would recommend.
Unfortunately they will not let you view any of their rental properties if you are in receipt of any benefits. Even if you work full time but still receive universal credit. Majority of single parents receive a top up to their income by some form of benefit and this blanket rule of "our landlords do not accept tenants in receipt of benefits" is just discrimination which you are supporting Thank you for your reply below. However I will not be contacting you further - I already spoke direct with your office with my initial enquiry and was told I would not be allowed to view the rental property I was interested in due to being in receipt of universal credit, despite working full time. I then asked if there were any other properties I could view and was informed you do not have any landlords or properties which accept tenants in receipt of benefits and therefore I was refused to be allowed to view any of your advertised properties. This is clearly discrimination.
