Waited 50mins for Pizza which was under cooked, there lines where busy so had to go into the store to tell them about it. The manager responded the pizza is fine and that he knows how to do pizza since he opened the first Papa Johns in the UK. In conclusion this will be the last time ordering from here their Pizza isn't too bad when their not busy but if they are expect a rushed Pizza which will take over 40mins to come.

We’ve ordered from the store before and had no problems until now. Ordered the pizza side and drink combo deal only to discover the pizza base was still doughy, check the guarantee T&C’s and called the branch and was told that all the pizzas are cooked at the same temperature and there should be no issue and this is not something we could claim for under the guarantee and if this was the case everyone could try and claim the guarantee, (which is madness as you can only have eaten 2 slices of pizza if you want to claim so you can’t benefit) .....I said that the problem was not about the temperature of the pizza but the fact that it’s not cooked fully. Anyway a driver came out and took a photo of the pizza and had a look and told me that it was cooked cause it’s browned on top and the crust is crusty and this is how all pizza should be even with the base being doughy, I told him that I would take it up with HR as they clearly cannot see anything wrong with it. Few minutes later I have a call from the manager who spoke to my partner 1st and I took over the call, he said that he has checked our order history and we have always ordered stuffed crust but this time we haven’t and I asked what this had to do with an under cooked pizza, he then told me that even if he replaces the pizza it will be exactly the same (at this point I felt like he was trying to accuse me of trying to get a stuffed crust pizza for free because as he said we always ordered this before and not this time) and basically I wouldn’t be happy with this either. I told him as I told the delivery driver I will take to HR, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again, especially from this branch at least. Personally I think they have got the ovens on really high and only have the pizzas in there for a short about of time which means it hasn’t cooked all the way through, the time it took us to order, them “cook” the pizza and deliver was a short window.

Extremely rude staff. Took more than 25 minutes to process the order and did not even apologise on being asked why it took so long. I was told it's just busy hours.

Exceptionally fast delivery, quality pizza and great deals (especially with reward points). Keep it up!

Always the nicest service, fantastic pizza, not soggy, not burnt, chocolate lava cakes are amazing but the other half prefers the brownie take that as you will
