Lovely experience from start to finish. Went for lunch in half term and was super busy. The 2 helpful girls working there still managed to squeeze us in even though we didn’t have a reservation. We sat in the circle bit at the beach, which we thought was batter than the main room as quieter and a bit more calm. The food quality was very good. Garlic cheese bread starter was so fresh and tasty. The main we had the lunch special soup and panini deal. The soup was so tasty with real chunks of tomato and fresh basil  on top. For desert we had tiramisu and cookie  dough, both excellent. We had a tea and a cappuccino. We used the app to order, to pay and also used some discount vouchers from it was handy. For saying there was only 2 staff when it was so busy the girls did so well, and deserve a pay rise! There was a nice atmosphere in there and would like to try again in the evening, the upstairs balcony area looks a very welcoming area.

I came here on Saturday just gone with my partner and his family for our first meeting, and i have to say, no disappointments whatsoever.nnWe had an absolutely lovely server named Archie, made us all smile and ensured all our food was correct as we were a group of twelve. They even took a group photo for us like a professional photographer, definitely brought a smile to everyone’s faces and I would 100% come back here again :

We had Gabriela and she was super sweet and helpful. It is my birthday and we mentioned it and got a complimentary chocolate cake which was absolutely delish. Amazing food even though the prices were a bit much, I used a Unidays discount for 25% off the whole bill. Heavily recommend the mozzarella sticks.

Always been a pleasant experience at Prezzo in Swadlincote.  Easy to book for a table and even though we were a bit early, our table was ready for us.  Quick service and very friendly staff, in particular Mara who served us through our time there.  Got our drinks quickly and then our food order was taken.  Starters were delicious and plentiful without spoiling main course.  Our main course came at just the right time, enough to allow starters to go down first.  Main courses were really nice, felt as though we got them as soon as they were dished out, brilliant! The only downside for us was that the air conditioning was blowing quite cold directly over us.  Thank you once again though Prezzo, very nice experience.

Hadn’t been for awhile, a a buy gift brought us for somewhere else but upgraded it to go Prezzo in Swadlincote cost me £18.00 for upgrade for a two course meal on the buy gift website, of course we still paid extra to the two drinks we had but still at to pay £38.00 which can’t make out why.nnService wasn’t very good at all, put upstairs and lighting was shocking lights kept dimming in and out so asked to move took ages once moved still took ages to get a drink.nnWe ordered cheese garlic mushrooms looking forward to them after the wait, but when came out shocking the smallest of mushrooms and not much sauce was more pepper than creamy garlic was overcooked not worth nearly £8 each,nnThen main came out pepperoni pizza and lasagna to share, lasagna wasn’t hot enough must have just had a flash in the pizza oven£17.00 plus for that. Only good thing was pizza was OK, also £7 plus for a pint of poretti. So overall wasn’t impressed, can see why people stay in these days don’t mind paying good money for good food but this was ridiculous, I travel a lot with work and eat at some nice places and no my good food when it comes to it but this was awful.nnIt’s a shame cause it’s not a bad looking restaurantnI asked the staff 3-4 times for my bill and they all just carried on serving waited awhile so ended up going down to pay, was some complication with this also, rude manager took my mobile off me to look though my emails to find the voucher number never even asked just took it out me hand very rude I can find my own emails thanks.nnTo be honest was really looking for to it but really turned up to be a disaster.nnDon’t think we will be going back again, a lot of things needs to change here can see why business fail when ran like this.nnCheck mushrooms out in the attached dreadful proper Italians would be full plate and proper mushrooms and layers of nice creamy sauce not this.nnNormally I take lots of photos of my food and where I eat but couldn’t take anymore of this.
