After a long day out this was on the way homennWasn’t a long wait for foodnnRestaurant was relatively cleannnBut missed one happy meal toy. Medium fries and the burger wasn’t placed right. we never use Swad maccies because it’s the worst around, but it’s the closest to home so thought we’d risk one last time. had to wait in the already full car park for food. got our drinks at the last window, just as they’re saying the syrup in the milkshakes had ran out. so when we actually tried out milkshakes, they had 0 flavour, just milk. so clearly they gave us a faulty drink and never offered an exchange.nthe chips might as well still be uncooked potato, stone cold and still hard, looked like they’ve just been shown the fryer. completely inedible, and it’s not worth the drive to complain and get them changed.nall in all swad maccies is an absolute waste of time and money, £30 down the drain, don’t bother unless u want cold and uncooked food.

Horrible customer service. NEVER ORDER DELIVERY.nnUpon recieving our drink with a lid not even half placed on by our courier who is not at fault, we lost out on our money and food because it got soaked when placing down the bag - the drink having spilt EVERYWHEREnnThis could've been easily dealt with. We called up and was told to go through the apps ai system ordered via mcdelivery. I tried, three times, after being told to refer back to the courier. again - who was never at fault and must've been on another delivery at this point.nnWe called mcdonalds again - got hung up on within a momeny of speaking. My boyfriend then called them for the THIRD TIME, explaining the situation and the struggle with the clearly incoherent ai service. The response? to 'go deeper' into the app, for they 'couldn't do anything on their side'.nnUtterly disappointednSort this issue out

It tasted absolutely disgusting, order incomplete, and stone cold. Avoid..definitely not as described. The picture is supposedly a double 1/4 with cheese, dispite the totally wrong item and nearly £6.... it was stone cold, along with the large big mac meal, 20... sorry 18 chicken nuggets and a not so happy meal.!  I honestly can't discribe what the fries actually tasted like... cold, unsalted and just fowl!  Even the dogs struggled to swallow them!

Went for one last cheesy one with bacon and was decent for saying this Maccies can be hit and miss. Also was great having a toffee latte with cream!!!nnService was alright and nice to see staff stopping to talk with people who looked like regulars to the store.
