Food was ok, waitress was helpful and polite but it was a full hour, after walking in, before we got our dinner - only reason given was because it was busy. To me, that is not a valid excuse unless you exceed your capacity, which they did not. Glad I’ve tried Prezzo but I won’t be back.

STAFF WERE RUDE! Me and my girlfriend went for a meal. After waiting for 15 minutes to be shown to our table, we decided to ask for a table instead! The manager came over (by now there was at least 10 of us waiting to be shown to a table!), Non existent customer care and not a smile to be seen!.... Finally got a table, however was told that they weren't sure how long we would need to wait for it! Decided to have a drink at the bar whilst waiting; asked the barman for a wine menu - had a menu thrown across the bar. WHO HIRED THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

It's a very convivial place to eat and my food choices are well cooked and tasty. My partner's food is also enjoyed.

Observation - looked understaffed, waited very long for starts and main, food not to standards. I certainly won't be returning /recommending....
