Bought a salad at the meal and received only a few pickles, I wanted salad, not pickles!
Update June 2024. To paraphrase Joe Pesci, “you need to be careful when you go through the drive through” nWho wants to open the boxes and check each item? Well I should have, as I got home to this awful double quarter pounder with cheese. My dog was delighted with it minus the onion etc obviously. Customer services contacted and super efficient to fix, but my dinner was not a success.nnUpdate in Dec 2023 I had a problem with the app for ordering - the manager or assistant manager was brilliant- sorted the issues swiftly without drama. Thanks
Me and my son came on for lunch. We happened to sit next to a manager trying to work. He happily moved up for us so I could sit next to him. The manager then went and came back with colouring and a game for my sone to pass the time. This was such a nice touch I felt and helped pass the time while waiting for our food. This manager really did go above and beyond to make our visit just that little bit more special. Thank you
Don't bother in the morning what a joke. Waiting for 45 min for 3 sausage and egg muffins meals . Staff ignore staff, staff man handling and throwing food at each other and in the food tray in front of customers squashing under there hands and opening and closing muffins to look at it inside. Absolutely disgusting behaviour what a joke.
Ordered food and had 27 minutes wait which is fine because they were very busy but got the order wrong. Didn't complain because of how busy they were and the amount of people around us complaining about problems with the orders. It was too hot and too busy to add to the workload of the staff. Ended up eating our order that was missing several items and getting out of there.
