We�۪re back! Your fresh and fabulous new Prezzo Italian Restaurant has re-opened and we can�۪t wait to welcome you back again. After scouring the streets in the rain for somewhere nice to eat we came across Prezzo. Although it looked very busy inside the tram were able to find us a table for 2 with no waiting. The staff looked rushed but we're still attentive, bringing us the drinks menu, then shortly after drinks arrived we were ready to order. Wonderful food, great sized portions, and excellent cocktails. To top it off it turns out I was able to use my Taste card there too which added to the experience. Will definitely be returning

I love Prezzo. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Yes it's their job to be but there is an intamacy about them that is lovely. I always look forward to going there 😀

Dined at prezzo with partner and two young children and the service was excellent! Every time a knife or fork was dropped the waiter brought over a clean one without us having to ask. The food was also delicious and served pretty quick.

The decor was pleasant and stylish, but we were given a wobbly table. The male waiter quickly fixed it though. He was kind and pleasant, unlike his female counterpart. Little did I know that the wibble-wobble of the table was foreshadowing the experience that I would have today at Prezzo. The female waiter was rather hostile, rushed us into making decisions and was very rude to us. We lit our candle as we were celebrating Valentine's day, but she aggressively took it away from us without leaving a word. I truly believe she should be reprimanded for this insolent blunder. The starter was good value for money and very tasty. Following this, a different make waiter came around lighting candles and replaced ours, which at the same time, relit the spark of passion we felt towards our meal. However, despite this, when the main course came it felt like it was missing an important ingredient - taste. Ultimately the pros and cons of both the environment and the food itself, all in all, left me with a bitter, neutral taste in my mouth. The best thing about my time there was the company.
