I had a dinner with my friends and the service was terrible.  The waitress called Paulina was "looking after" our table, which was full with empty glasses...and after we finished with our main dishes we had to sit with the dirty empty plates for 20 minutes....when we tried to talk to the waitress to clear the table, she was very rude, trying to ignore us and after she was making grimace and using unacceptable language. 

Would not recommend to anyone to eat there!!!!

Love this Prezzo. The staff are always friendly.  It's one of the best restaurants in the chain
