A lovely venue (former School House) and parking fairly easy. It was a birthday meal for my daughters 11th Birthday. The meal was OK, however my wife's pasta dish - the Penne gorgonzola was not very nice, very salty and she left half of it. My Tre carni calzone was fairly tasty and well-seasoned, I also ordered some Pizza fries which were OK. However the big disappointment was the miserable and grumpy waitress who served us – she was so rude! We bought along a small cake, and asked the manager if this could be bought out at the end of the meal with our coffee’s and whilst my daughter was having her dessert (as part of the children’s meal). She just came up to the table, plonked the cake down on the table and stormed off without saying a word! We love Prezzo and have always enjoyed their food and the atmosphere in their restaurants, and I had high hopes for the one in Hailsham as it’s a really unique venue, however they clearly need to give their waitress staff further training on how to engage with customers / or provide a personality transplant!

Food is good, little on the expensive side. Nearly £7 for a Peroni! No thanks!
