Lovely restaurant in a stunning building. Large open and airy dining space. Staff were very friendly got seated straight away without a problem. Food was fantastic as usual would definitely recommend a meal here.

Nice restaurant. Clean. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Reasonably priced. Four of us on a mini break ate there and none of us had been in a Prezzo before. Food was delicious and we enjoyed it that much that we went back again the following night. Too full to try any deserts. We will now be looking for a Prezzo in other towns/cities.

Haven't been for a few years, what a change. Short staffed and they turned away about 20 people with empty tables. We waited 30 minutes before we had to ask for drinks menu. Got a drink 10 minutes later and another 10 before we got asked what we wanted to eat. Food was tasty but a chicken supreme, table spoon of mashed potatoes and 2 pieces of tenderstem broccoli with some sauce for £20. Our waitress was in no hurry to do anything with tables sitting full of dirty dishes other staff were very busy. Definitely not the place it used to be. Far too expensive for what we got. I should not have felt hungry after paying that for one dish. I appreciate cost have risen but not that much. Won't be back

Prawn starter, very salty. Garlic bread, cold. Wrong main dish. Was rectified when my partner was half way through their main. Rectified dish was tasteless, no seasoning. Chicken was tender. Meal removed from my bill. Staff were lovely. Restaurant is pretentious for a chain. I personally would not recommend this particular restaurant.

Paid for the Christmas menu on a work night out. No crackers on the table or any kind of Christmas feeling. Waited 40 minutes for our 1st drink, and had to ask constantly for the next course or drink. Food was amazing.Food: 4/5

Positives first. 1 Pizza and a bottle of house red £40 and it was delicious. Beautiful surroundings too with fairly friendly staff. Negatives pizza was over priced £20 for a medium sized pizza is too much but again it was very tasty however it was let’s say minimalist amounts of toppings. No one asked if we were enjoying our food and the waitress cleared the table whilst we were eating. That is a definite no no.

Meals were tasty and reasonably priced. I had two appetizers instead of a main course. My partner had a main course. But the appetizers both came out well before his main course. That's pretty much the only negative here at this restaurant. The food was very good and great service by a Canadian waiter no less!

Service was slow and did not get asked if we wanted a drink until we were sat for half an hour. Another table walked out ahead of us, would not recommend. Did not try the food because it took too long to get an order taken
