My first time in a Zizzi was this restaurant in Winchester. The staff was very kind and welcoming. They helped us choose what to eat - they have different sizes of pizzas. The backside of the restaurant has a great ambience with high ceiling and bright daylight but we sat at the front area which was also nice. I tried one of their cocktails and it was served so fast that I thought it was ready made to serve but I didn't feel any lack of taste. I don't know if I will go to another Zizzi but this one was more than pleasing.
To be honest, was actually better than I expected?.. went there just for somewhere different to try for a change. Everyone really enjoyed the food, staff are friendly & welcoming too. Not cheap compared to some, but where is now? & I guess you get what you pay for; better than cheap & nasty! Would recommend a visit for sure. If I had one criticism it would just be the noise level, there was a party of about a dozen in & they put them bang in the centre; right behind us. Clearly they were enjoying themselves but it did become a bit difficult to hold a conversation just across the table,
Cozy restaurant, the pizzas are delicious, they have a thin crust. I wasn't impressed with the salad with the goat cheese. Excellent service.Food: 4/5
We stopped at Zizzi Winchester for lunch, as we had a gift voucher to use and thought we would treat ourselves. I’ve had many enjoyable visits to Zizzi Winchester over the years I’ve lived in Winchester, and this visit was no exception. The food was great, the staff were very friendly, and it certainly lived up to my expectations. As far as chain Italian restaurants go in Winchester and we’ve got a fair few of them I would say Zizzi Winchester is one of the best. If you’re looking for some great Pizza and nice surroundings, it will certainly tick the box.
Mundane service from disinterested staff, to be fair they only had 2 waitresses on a Saturday.. one of which couldn't take our order as her shift was over but she was still there an hour later. Food was okay but wouldn't go again
2022, Family Birthday celebration. Food and choices available were excellent. Service was also excellent, despite the restaurant being very busy, our meals were served very quickly The staff were superb. Very enjoyable evening. Previous visit before lockdown. Good variety of Italian food, eg pasta, risotto pizza meat dishes and salads. Good choice of desserts. Service and staff good

Friendly service, didn't have to wait long and all very good.
Had a fantastic evening celebrating our Daughter's 10th birthday yesterday with our extended families 15 people in total. Connor provided exceptional service for the whole family including all 5 children and my Father who requires a Gluten Free option. A fantastic experience and we cannot wait to return.
Had lunch today to celebrate my daughter's graduation. So disappointed, very poor quality food and our meals arrived at different times .Food: 1/5
