Lots of busy nail bars in Chichester,this one had space, looked clean enough and price communication at the beginning was appropriated. But then it got busy in there and the younger worker was clearly flustered and rushing, too rushed. Bad infill placement, cut my cuticle with the filer, varnish application not even. Didn't ask what Shape to file them in. Unable to do basic straight line nail art. And lastly which worried me the most, they are clearly trying to rip off the teenagers and charging 45 a set?? Mine were 35 ,no tips... just infill and colour. Look how tacky they are... different shape, thickness , length
Went here as a last resort. Will not be returning. Me and my friend both got a full set of acrylics. The young girl was far too quick and did a horrendous job of my nails. A full set of acrylics in 20 minutes, absolutely ridiculous. Totally miss-shapen, smudged and starting to come away at the bottom. The acrylic she was painting on my nail was far too wet. The young girl needs more training in my opinion
I was recommended this nail shop by my friend, the staff there are lovely and polite I've never had a problem. I always get gel nails and they last 3 weeks. Highly recommended
My nails chipped on day one then by day 6 looked awful 6 nails chipped after spending £40 my daughter had hers done one nail fell off another just broke! £80 spent never again!!
Absolutely incredible. I got served straight away and the staff were so so friendly! I just got my acrylics taken off and a normal polish manicure but it was so nearly done. Highly recommend Pretty Nails!

People in there are nice enough but the woman who did my nails was so fast! Too fast! With not a good result! Didn't paint ends, acrylic was really thick,No cuticle oil and just glued on a new nail over a broken one! Paid 28£ for this pleasure which I feel is overpriced considering it was just regular polish! Waste of time and money, never going there again.
The first couple of times I came here to get acrylics done were great, I was seen straight away, the staff were very friendly and welcoming and my nails looked gorgeous afterwards. However the last few times I’ve gone in, I’ve had to wait a long time to be seen even when I booked an appointment and I’ve walked out with thick nails which are all different shapes, every time I leave now I end up having to file my nails at home. I won’t be coming back here.
Best nails I've ever had and I've tried lots! Normally they start to lift after about a week then fall off. Not these they last so well I get infills about every 3 weeks with no lift at all. Very friendly and will always try to fit you in when possible.
