Been here many times.  I asked for my gel to be removed and replaced french manicure as usual.  Said 20 mins.  Went back was sat confirmed gel taken off and replaced I naturally have long healthy nails.  The lady literally cut  my nails very short sfter she started cutting it was too late and put acrylics on with out asking. I'm shy I usually take my mum ann I didnt want feet toe nail fingers. I now have naturally short nails with acrylics paid the extra as i dont do awkward.  My thumb nail has been filed so short its painful.  Will never go again.  My acrylics are nearly as long as my natural nails which with my job I'm not allowed. Very disappointing and painful

Charged me more money then prices on the board in the shop they are con people pretending not to understand I have been using them quite often Not using them anymore They charge you what they want I'm trying one of the other nail bars from now on

Always able to fit me in on the day, both as a walk-in and by appointment. Friendly staff and easy for me to park with my blue badge. I love the range of shellac colours available and the massage chair while you have a pedicure is heavenly. I'm a loyal customer and I've noticed many others are too. Best nail place in Chichester in my opinion

I started using this shop 7 months ago when I moved to Chichester, they had decent reviews and no appointments required. They do what I want, usually within a reasonable amount of time. Last time took twice as long because a young staff member started my ombre infills, but did the process the wrong way around so the senior member came over, fixed & finished the job. The staff are friendly but spend far too long talking to each other in their language, not fully concentrating on the customer. The place could do with a good clean. All polish bottles are dirty with smudged polish on them, containers on the desks are cracked and dirty. The hand dusting brushes are grubby with bits of acrylic stuck in them. All equipment and products need a good scrub with acetone to get the mess off, all broken and damaged stuff needs to be replaced and the staff need to work on their customer care, stop shouting across at each other.

Lovely nail bar. Much more accommodating than any other in Chichester. Did a lovely job on my nails, quickly and for a good price.

Massage chairs during pedicure were great. All staff very professional but it appeared that most only just understood English so it would be quite lonely if you didn't come with a friend. So this would be fantastic for an introvert or anyone who just wanted to relax in peace

Id nomally been getting my nails done in the other nail bar for many years in town but once my friend suggested me to come to Five Star Nails so i decided to try this place for the first time. As I expected, it was a bit busy but the final result's amazing! My nails have never been this beautiful! Plus i was really pleased with how the staffs treated me when i was fussy and changed my mind about the colours but they still respected me and did it happily. I would say this is the best place: absolutely recommend.

I have been going here for a while now but over the last few times im paying £70 each time to leave and my nails are not the best, and i wasn't treated well last time either so I won't be going back.
