The WORST insurer I have ever been with, took ages to agree to fix a claim which should have been straight forward (no 3rd party, came home to find bike damaged - I'm fully comp). Delay after delay asking for details which they already have, I can only guess to see if they can wriggle out of paying up. Bike is my ONLY transport and been away for 3 months - AVOID.
