Purchased annual car excess insurance. Easy to understand and deal with. No claims to date  to comment on.

I do have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised by this company. I travel a lot and tend to hire cars whilst abroad. I never had a claim and kept buying insurance from various insurance companies on the cheaper side of offer but was always a bit worried whether they would pay any claim if there was one.  I was always lucky and never had to claim until last month. I have to say that it took me like 15 minutes to fill in all the forms and it took them like a week to process my claim. Result? Got all my money back!  Will definitely buy insurance here the next time I travel!

Cracked hire car bumper in a car park abroad. The hire company charged 900 euros for the damage!! Thankfully I had this car hire insurance, the process was quick and simple - brilliant friendly service!! Would recommend to anyone
