I attend a very good, open Kundalini Yoga class by Victoria Amore on Wednesday mornings 10.00am. The space which holds up to 10 mats is on the first floor, airy and light. The class is friendly and welcoming and focusses on active meditation. I can recommend it.

Small yoga place hidden away behind the high street. Very basic - no showers or official changing room. I've only been there with a teacher I know who has been running a few pop-up classes there, so I can't comment on their general classes.

Very nice place for healing, gong bath, yoga  and other therapies that you can attend here. Very nice place very welcoming and cousy.
