Upgrading my car here has been the most wonderful, stress free experience. Nathan was incredibly helpful and kind arranging for me to view the car and taking me through the process of upgrading. James was brilliant at organising the finance and created the most relaxed and comfortable environment for something that can be a little stressful! All the staff who I spoke to were willing to listen to my many, many questions and help in any way possible. I’m so grateful for my experience and I’m looking forward to enjoying my new car. Great buying experience from start to finish. Daniel listened carefully to what I was looking for and came back with a deal that exceeded my expectations. All my questions were answered quickly. After seeing a vehicle online at a competitive price, we reserved it and then went down the following day. The vehicle had been cleaned and was ready for us to view. Nathan dealt with us and provided excellent customer service, was not pushy with any other extra products and made the whole process really easy.
Choosing a vehicle when your previous one has abandoned you is never an easy experience. Well, this dealer has definitely made my choice easier. I got a very reliable vehicle at a reasonable price considering the current inflation and at quite advantageous financial conditions. Special mention to Dan Matto who has been really helpful, easy going and not at all pushy.
Really great service, Dan helped me through the whole process and found me a car that was more than I'd hoped for. The team worked hard to get me the best deal. Excellent customer service by far beats BMW and Mini Wolverhampton, I had got fed up of the extremely poor service received from mini and bmw in Wolverhampton to the point I part exchanged my mini with Stoneacre Wolverhampton I went in Saturday and bought the car Sunday, without hesitation! Purely because Jevan was honest, professional and knew about cars, but made sure he worked within my budget. I was very comfortable and never felt pressured. I am super happy with my purchase and the team were all very happy to provide such a good service that I wanted to buy from them so thank you it was such a stress free experience and that is very unique!

Outstanding! That is the only word that comes to mind when reviewing the service at Stoneacre Wolverhampton. From the first time we stepped into the showroom, to driving away in our excellent new vehicle, the service has been first class. I must also give a special shout out to Will Cox-Ward, who went out of his way to ensure we had the right vehicle for us. There were a couple of minor issues with it, so he wouldn't let us take it until everything was perfect! All the team at Wolverhampton are so friendly and can't do enough for you. If anyone out there is looking for a good used car, I would urge you to give these guys a look. I'm certain you won't be dissapointed!
