We have ordered new commercial vehicle from these guys a year ago. Not a single courtesy call to inform us . So much for a customer care. Do avoid this firm if you want a good customer care . Once they get their deposit ,you will never hear from them.!!  It's

Fantastic service! Stewart and Kevin did a brilliant job arranging everything. The whole process was very relaxed and not pushy at all. When we collected it the vehicle Vito sport was absolutely gleaming and had plenty fuel in the tank, super friendly staff and would happily recommend to all my friends and family!

I was told that the dealership is moving to larger premises,  this is for good reason. The place is very congested due to its popularity.  It deals with cars, vans and trucks so serves a multitude of customers. Staff were very helpful to us during our enquiry and subsequent purchase.

Suggested I replace all my brakes when I only needed to replace the master cylinder. Completely incompetent!

Excellent thought the process of buying my car. Brought car to this dealership from another for my convenience. Welcomed warmly by all staff and was kept in regular contact about my car before I picked it up. Ensured the car was in excellent condition before I collected. Even helped solve an issue I had when selling my old car and spent a lot of time doing so. Left very happy with the customer service

Professional service, very jam packed parking area

Every time I've come in here they're overbooked and understaffed. Latest as 3 weeks before they'd see my vehicle which isn't safe to drive on the road anymore. With the refusal to store it on their lot. They need a serious overhaul, this company needs to hire more employees as the demand is more than twice their capacity for service. However the staff are friendly but not very helpful or knowledgeable.
