Lovely hotel and very accommodating staff, we had an issue with the room not having a remote for the TV and within minutes of reporting the issue a new one has arrived at the door. Also on arrival the staff had placed chocolate on the child's bed which was a lovely little touch. Definitely going back when in the area.

I stay here alot with my mum having terminal cancer so I have to travel from Manchester to Nottingham alot I absolutely love staying here staff are so friendly rooms are amazing clean and very cosy and such a bargain compared to some hotels thankyou keep up the good work
Comfy bed, good location...friendly staff.
The best Premier Inn we have stayed in Bath was the worst. Lovely friendly and attentive staff. Excellent, perfectly cooked-to-order breakfasts by Allyson before the unfortunate lockdown ruined that. 2 minutes walk from ALDI, 5 minutes walk to Sainsbury's and McD. 5 minute drive to Arnold Centre.
Rooms are pretty good however there was no air conditioning and was a hot weekend. Although there was a fan in room it was so hot in room without any air. Was cooler outside. Staff are very nice and helpful
What friendly and obliging staff there is here especially in the breakfast room they can’t do enough for you and the breakfast are top notch. Keep up the good work and I will see you all next time.
