We spent 2 nights in this hotel and I can't fault it, beautiful and clean room, baby cot for our little one and the breakfast is amazing. Emma was so accommodating and assisted us beyond what she needed to. Thanks guys. Great jobRooms: 5/5
Overall good value for the money. Hotel is clean and quiet. Room had a kettle, hair dryer, shower gel and hand soap. Bed was comfortable, temperature just right. Breakfast was great, catered for all styles. Allergens in food were easy to identify. Check in at late in the night was with no trouble.
Pleasant enough but the car park you are encouraged to use is nowhere near the hotel building and the instructions and sketch map are almost completely useless. It's fine if you know your way around town but if it's your first time in Horsham then this Premier Inn is difficult to find believe me!Rooms: 4/5
Great location in town centre. Rooms are a good size and beds comfortable. Only issue is security, as the public have access to all floors as security doors not usually operating and reception is on first floor.. Rooms: Clean with comfortable beds. Nearby activities: Restaurants, bars and even Escape Rooms nearby Safety: Door security could be better Walkability: Easy access to surrounding town centre. No hotel parking, local parking expensive. I used Just Park parking app for a nearby cheap alternative Food & drinks: Lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance.
I stayed on a business trip. Unfortunately there was an error on the booking from our company. However, the call I received was quite aggressive as to why I was still in the room and if I could afford another night. I was in a meeting and couldn't ring back straight away. Eventually I asked what I could do, only to be told I needed to rebook in hotel. The second guy who sorted for me was complete opposite of the phone guy and reassured me and assisted me.
Just love this hotel, clean, friendly staff, perfect location, no wonder when I was checking reviews, nothing negative. Plus the value. I had hoped there will be a mini fridge, but this was not essential. The restaurant on 2nd floor has ice, cold water, wine.
Great location and glad we chose this over the other one nearby as its by the train and nothing around. This one is right near car park which after 8 is like £3 for the night and near all the nice places to eat or drink.Rooms: 4/5
Air conditioned and clean room. Amazing shower in large cubicle. Well done Premier Inn! No need for shower over bath anymore. Electronic check in stations that actually work and dispense keycards. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Iced lemon water available at reception. Very nice touch for arriving travellers as we were in a heatwave.
Exactly what we wanted for a couple of nights. Great location in the town centre, staff couldn't have been more helpful. Car park next door is decent value if you don't arrive too early. Breakfast is always decent value if you use the kids free option. Happy to help with breakfast veggie options without any fuss at all. A/c in room was ideal for warm nights, shower was good as well. Good value, nothing posh, no frills, recommended.
The room was actually lovely, spacious and clean but reason for low score was no air con in a heatwave. The room didn't get below 31degrees overnight and we didn'tget much sleep. It was just unbearable so we changed to another Premier Inn with air con for the second night. Hotel nice and clean, and free parking which is great. Staff were lovely and helpful with the change and breakfast was amazing - freshly cooked and unlimited and restaurant had aircon.
