I ordered two fence panels this morning which have already been delivered. Excellent customer service from the gentleman who took my call this morning to the gentleman who delivered this afternoon. Really good quality panels and delivery was free. Thoroughly recommend this company.
I got my new fence panels from premier timber called them in the afternoon on the 21/03/2019, I spoke to a young man called Ash who knew his stuff and as soon as I stated what I was after he had the panels made up for me for next morning delivery. Well when the panels arrived the delivery man even helped me fit them directly from truck to posts, what a service. Thank you so much I am well happy and will most definitely use them again.

After I didn't receive a reply to my email enquiry I went to Premier Timber in person. I found the shop assistant to be grumpy and unhelpful. I placed an order for treated shiplap, however, what I received was not treated. I also asked for OSB cut to size but this was not done. I'm now not sure if the mix up was due to the disinterest of the sales assistant or whether I've been overcharged as the shiplap was not treated. A positive is that the delivery driver was friendly.
