Extremely poor service. I visited to enquire what happened to my mums antibiotics that were supposed to have been delivered 5 days previous. I waited over 20 minutes whilst no one kept me informed as to what was happening. When I finally questioned why it was taking so long they snapped back shouting we don't just take it off the shelf. They were extremely rude including the pharmacist, there were boxes, drugs everywhere. They clearly cannot cope. Mum had been phoning for 4 days but they NEVER answered the phone and this was proven when I was in the shop, they just ignored it. Absolutely useless. Advised my mum to change to a pharmacy that can cope!!
Very slow, prescription never ready, even when left for a few days and they know you’ll be returning. Long waiting times. Never have stock of what you need, even though you need it every month. Have given up and signed up to an online pharmacy Pharmacy2U promise free next day delivery and at less cost to NHS than high street pharmacy.
