poor service. quoting times are ALWAYS inaccurate and men in booking office seem to have a general I don't care deminor. 9 out of 10 times we have a bad experience which are only compensated by the actual drivers who are usually very pleasant. would never recommend this company nor will I use it again. absolutely terrible.

Awful experience from very abbsive named Liz in the office. Waiting over 1 hour and half after agreed 1 hour time suggested. When questioned business logic after waiting for over 2 hours, lots of very aggressive abuse over the phone. Absolutely appalling. She even said she had had lots of calls that night,,,,,isn't that her job?? 🙄

Never book with this mickey mouse taxi firm one of their drivers has just near caused me to crash by cutting me up at the lights as they were in the wrong lane and indicated the wrong way...dangerous driver
