If I could leave no stars I would. I'm a good honest hard working local person and have now been let down and spoken to like rubbish on 3 separate occasions by people at this taxi company. They should not be in business....and behaving how they are, won't be eventually.

Extremely rude woman working for this company. Rang up to check where my taxi was as a few had appeared but none were for me and I pre-ordered. Was told to ‘give him chance to get down there’ in an awfully rude tone and as I tried to explain that many taxis had come but none were for me I was hung up on. Will be using different company from now on. Not how customers should be spoken to from people working in a ‘customer service’ job.

Booked a taxi this morning waiting over 30 minutes for, rang the office they said it’s only down the road got a text of the driver that he’s here and no one turned up, absolutely shocking customer service!!!

Guy on phone the whole journey risking safety of passengers. When told to perhaps not be on the phone and drive accordingly insulted passenger and carried on.
