We ordered a taxi on the10th Dec at 18.25 p.m We recieved 2 / 3 text messages to say we are running late! We needed to be at the venue by 19 30 as doors lock! The taxi never arrived! Luckily my nephew was able to take us. We got to the venue late! 8.p.m Luckily after some explanation of why we was late! They let us in. My advice to anyone wanted a taxi. "DON'T USE THIS COMPANY" IF I could of given a 0 star I certaily would have .... - 0 STAR
We booked a taxi for 12:30 but they kept us stranded for two and a half hours. Eventually a driver from another taxi firm stopped to ask if we were stranded and offer us a lift. Don't think they ever did turn up because I got a text at 4am cancelling the taxi, so they would have left us all night. Absolutely avoid
Taxi booked for half 11 that decided to tell us it had arrived at midnight and then cancel one minute later all while customers standing outside the pick up point. Watched it happen on the awful tracker! Cheers for that.
Had a driver that was accepting the job and not picking us up, I'm heavily pregnant and just wanted to get home and left me waiting in the freezing cold for 20mins and could clearly see him on the track the taxi but didn't move and everytime we cancelled to order a new one he accepted again but refused to pick us up, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Reg plate AF13 KZT drivers name is STEPHEN badge number: 6024 and drives a black Ford galaxy, so thumbs up to him for bringing shame to 5050. When trying to call the company numerous of times had no answer. THIS MAN IS A DANGER TO ALL WOMEN WHO ARE LOOKING FOR TAXIS LATE AT NIGHT!
Pre-ordered a taxi, confirmed by text straight away. Sadly the taxi never arrived on time, track my taxi app showed taxi literally at the end of the road then suddenly disappeared with no explanation. 20 minutes later another taxi driver called to say they were on route but would be another 10 mins. No apologies or explanation so I cancelled and drove instead. Thanks for such an unreliable service and I definitely would not recommend this company or try to use them again.
Awful service. 2 taxi's booked for a wedding weeks in advance. Checked on the morning of the wedding and was told the 2 taxi's would be there for the pre booked time of 12:30. Only 1 taxi turned up, which was late and had to drop half the party off at the venue and go back to pick the rest up getting to the venue only just before the ceremony. No apologies, just a mumble about lack of drivers. This company should give the option of minus stars on their ratings. Never use these again
Told me 15 mins but took an hour which made me late for work. Driver was decent though and apologised on behalf of office staff.
Went to Parklife at the weekend with two other girls. Booked Blueline Five-0 Taxis three weeks ago to collect us at 11:30. checked twice since to confirm the bookings and all was good. Called at 11:30 to no reply from the taxi firm. Kept calling until we got an answer where we was told the taxi company hadn’t even sent a car to us. Told to call back in 30 minutes then they didn’t answer for another 50. 1 am still waiting for a taxi at Heaton Park still being told there are no taxis for us. Got to 2 am before our friends grandad could pick us up. Absolute joke of a taxi firm to leave three teenage girls stranded with no way home. Called them again at 2 am to cancel the taxi and they could not of cared less for our safety and just put the phone down on us after still not having sent a taxi. Rang the taxi firm to be told they tried to call me and that I never replied which is a lie as I was constantly trying to get through to them and had my phone with me all night. Was told the taxi was being turned away by Manchester police when they were not even there. Absolutely pathetic and the a very rude man on the phone who had no consideration for us, I hope he doesn’t have children!
would leave 0 stars if an option. this service used to be reliable but in recent months they are either horrifically late and don't update customers unless you chase and you'll only be 20-40mins behind the time you booked or worse the staff refuse fares without valid explanation, very rude and disinterested response from the office . use literally any other taxi firm, its worth paying extra to arrive on time and not having to deal with this farce of a firm
1 star too much call yourself a taxi firm? your a disgrace! you rest assured my taxi would arrive prebooked early in the day for 5 45pm 45 mins still not arrived! had family over from Holland meal had to be cancelled! and when trying to call you you ignore my call! you don't deserve custom!!!!
