Great location, far enough to walk into town. Friendly informative staff, good clean room. Just don't book meals at the Brewers Fayre next door. The service is terrible and they ring last orders at 9 pm.Rooms: 4/5
Very good Premier Inn, been here before but I think its been refurbished recently as rooms and bathrooms have been improved, glass shower screens instead of curtains etc. However avoid the pub next door like the plague, breakfast overpriced, service poor and the Sunday carvery was disgusting. Treat yourself to a walk in to town where there are much nicer places to eat.
Visited this Inn for a couple of nights. The sleep was spectacular and the service was good. However their WiFi didn't work during the 95% of my stay. A lot of other customers felt the same way. The location isn't too bad as its close to the beach, but it's too far from the main beach and the main town centre. Car park is kinda small but still managed to find parking space. Overall, it does the job, nice and cosy to sleep in. Staff seemed nice and welcoming. I will be visiting again in the future. Pardon my nitpicking and keep up the good work Rooms: Rooms were decent and tidy Nearby activities: They have a sealife centre a stones throw away and other activities for children. The beach is the main and not too far from the hotel. Walkability: The beach is walkable and the center of the beach is a couple of minutes walk away. However the busy parts on either end are far away and take an age to walk to. Noteworthy details: Good night's sleep guaranteed and that what you essentially pay for. Beds are comfy and sleep is heavenly.
Don't have the meal deal. The hotel room was clean and comfortable and just what you expect from a Premier Inn. The Brewers Fayre restaurant next door was very disappointing. The meals and the service were quite poor. A large bar and restaurant requires a staff of more than 3. The breakfast was also disappointing; I have no idea what the fruit drink was and the coffee machine didn't work. Nearby activities: Close to shingle beach and nature reserve.
Couldn't fault this hotel. Fantastic location. Comfy, clean rooms. Very quiet at night. Everything you could need. Staff very helpful and friendly. Will definitely visit again.Rooms: 5/5
Walkable down the coast all the way into centre of Weymouth. Want attractions they’re right next door. Beach is only a few mins away less than 5 walking so no need to drive. Bed was comfortable and bathrooms were clean and all you need from shower to bath.Rooms: 5/5
We arrived for a weekend away with our son, upon arrival we went to the room and the bathroom ceiling was full of black mould! We went and spoke with receptionist but we’re told no other rooms available, they could move us tomorrow, that also did not happen! Our 7 year old son and I both have asthma. We were not taken seriously. This was back in February half term, I am Still waiting on a resolve from the issues. my husband booked the room, I had a reply Asking for more details booking ID etc I have sent the information to then be told me my husband needs to send in the feedback as he booked it! He already had done this and had no reply before I had sent my feedback in. I am appalled by the lack customer service received. I have sent the photos in that I took too. I really hope they are not going to use this room for anyone else until the problem is resolved! Rooms: Appalled this room was allowed to be used. Safety: Black mould of the ceiling! My son and I have asthma to be told it’s nit in the bedroom tho!!?
Unfortunately, out of all the premier inns I have stayed in, this one was by far the worst. Staff were rude. With the exception of a lovely man by the name of Gary. They would not let me pay the extra to book in early. I was told to go away for another It was only Gary's ability to turn an awful situation around that stopped me from walking out when trying to book in on my 2nd attempt. It took me almost an hour to book in. The original woman who started the booking in process was too busy listening in on her colleagues' conversation that I asked the same question 3 times. After this, I raised my voice and asked if that was a yes or a no. She returned her attention to me and then told me she couldn't book me in. She had technical issues, and I had to return to the busy queue to start all over again I had a premier plus. The room is a good size. However, we were staying for 3 nights. And there were 2 of us. They had allowed us 1 towel . I eventually managed to persuade reception that I needed more. They gave me one more. In the room there is a large bed. A refrigerator And a decent bathroom with a walk-in shower. However, there is hanging space for some clothes, 5 items to be exact, because that is all the coat hangers you are allowed . There are no drawers and no shelves. All other clothes had to remain in the suitcase. The air conditioning unit made loud noises. I would say that it definitely needs to be looked at. I did report it. But from what I've read on trip advisor, so did many others over the past 12 months If looking to stay in Weymouth. My advice. Find a getter establishment It is, however, in the perfect location. That was its only saving grace It was definitely not worth the money I spent on staying there
Easy to find, about half an hour to walk to town, or less that £10 in a cab. Room was roomy, comfy bed, good shower, TV that was easy to use, clean, T&C making facilities, all you could want. Decent price £120 for 2 nights for 2 ppl. Front of house seemed a bit disinterested and no overly friendly, no good bye or thanks for staying when we left. Rooms: Room was roomy, comfy bed, good shower, TV that was easy to use, clean, T&C making facilities,
Great location, close to the beach, in fact just across the road, staf welcoming, rooms clean with lovely crisp sheets, easy to take a bus or 15 minute walk into town, good food in premiers pub next door, great breakfast, good value, good free parking including disabled spots, feel safe & secure here, especially when travelling alone, staffed 24/7. Really good stay here on many occasions. Lots to do in such a beautiful area, what's not to like
