This was disastrous. Never ever seen a dirtier KFC as this one. Hygiene? Not here. Clean tables? Not here. Warm place? Nope. Airconditioning was so strong, in have to bind my hairs and we had to go back to the car to get our jackets.nPeeewwww.. pretty sad nnMeals as good as always.
I was sterotyped by the assuming ,KFC shift leader of the night and Guy colleague , just because 3 young teenagers were making a noise and causing a fuss , they wrongly accused me of being apart of them and refused to serve me , even tho I was just trying to treat my dad to an ice cream. I was treated so badly tonight , by how rudely the lady shift leader was speaking to me , talking down to me and not believing that I wasn’t involved. When I mentioned my father was waiting for me , they decided to serve me and they didn’t even try to apologies. They gave me a dirty look. I easily spend over £300 a month here and this is how I get treated. An apology would be appreciated and an explanation.
The food is too good and fresh and the toilets are well maintained not like the Mcdonald
KFC is a great location and pletty free parking. Kfc is probably one of the best fast food joints. I always get the offers on the app.nNext retail park and close enough to town.nService was slow, but I went at 6pm.nFood was freshly cooked.nLove KFC ice cream, much better than other fast food places.nEasy to find and easy to get to it.
Not a good experience, popped in for lunch and there was a lot of antisocial youth causing quite the disruption. Staff seemed entirely unbothered and unenthusiastic.nnFood that I got served was cold and old gone all stiff and soggy and very oily.nnI know you don’t visit a KFC expecting a luxurious meal but I atleast expect my food to be freshly prepared instead of being served the leftovers from someone’s quantity misjudgement.nnUnfortunately this experience will deter me from returning to this particular branch for the foreseeable.nnTake caution
