First I want to thank Josh and Matthew for the amazing first immersion. The hotel sits in a very good area and everything you need is right around the corner like literally. However, nothing is perfect, if you're a solo or couples traveling and want peace and quiet well, this isn't for you if you're coming during the season. It's almost always packed with absolutely loud and obnoxious children running around, the breakfast at some moments becomes unbearable. Other than that it's a good place to stay in. I have mixed feelings about this hotel, I always book premier inn and this one left me me a little disappointed. On arrival I was checked in staff were really friendly and helpful, upon entering our floor I discovered glass in the hallway which was cleaned straight away when I reported it. The room was lovely and spacious even though we had 3 beds set up. I however found dust above the bed and hair in the bathroom and a stain on the bathroom floor.nBreakfast was lovely waiting one morning for some bacon but it was busy at this time and was replaced as soon as they could do so.nThe location although very close the harbour this hotel is located right on top of a hill and isn’t very accessible if you have poor mobility which wasn’t stated when booking. The car park is currently out of use which isn’t premier inns fault but the temporary car park is again up a very steep hill and inaccessible to someone with poor mobility.
Stayed here for four nights. The rooms were really nice and bright. The food was great especially the breakfast. I am Gluten intolerant and they fully understood my needs and made sure that I was catered for. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them.
Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff and lovely breakfast. Always a little bit worried when staying in a hotel but this hotel was superb. Bedding felt and smelt fresh, very clean bathroom and breakfast was lovely. Thank you
Good hotel. Room clean. Food service was okay in evening better at breakfast. I didn’t mind using the lifts to access their car park as only next door. Overall a decent hotel
