Unfortunately I have had to mark this hotel down due to a couple of things. The hotel itself is up to premier inn high standards but during our stay I had problems with the air conditioning and banging doors during the night which led to lack of sleep.nOn departure when mentioning the problems the staff member was rather abrupt.nI would only stay here again as the location is ideal for the theatre. Hopefully the staff would be more friendly.nDISAPPOINTED
The staff here were excellent! Despite being very busy they were all extremely friendly, helpful and very efficient! The rooms are what you would expect from a Premier Inn. The meals are reasonably priced too!
You get way less than what you pay for, the service is terrible, no room service and room was freezing cold and no one provided heaters i had to let the hot shower run to heat up the room, Karen is very rude and unprofessional. On my check out day she had walked into my room while I was getting out of the shower completely naked. Just to tell me i need to leave while I was packing my stuff.nnKaren was the worst one in there by far, oh and apparently she is the manager.nnKaren had also told me on the way out that I am not welcomed to be there again as I don’t belong there just because of my skin color.nnI would not recommend anyone to stay here and it’s a real waste of money.
Paul is a legend. My group were staying at The Premier Inn on a business trip and our company had messed up the bookings. Paul expertly sorted us all out and made sure we had rooms and he didn't complain once, even though I'm sure the situation was very annoying for him! Rooms were great, breakfast great, everything very good for our overnight business trip stay. Thanks again Paul!
Staff are lovely, welcoming and friendly.. unfortunately the room is rather dusty, think the cleaners are on holiday! holes in curtains!! Perfect place for theatre nights and city centre workers! Food is as you'd expect for a chain hotel!
