Fab location with really friendly staff who are very personable and chatty. We ate dinner one night and had the buffet breakfast two days, all were very enjoyable to us and we are foodies. The only minor issue we had was the hairdryer would cut out like the wire was damaged - so I had to help my wife dry her hair by holding it quite taught.nnWe would recommend the hotel to others and happily return ourselves.nnSeparate tip: we used the Riverside multi-storey car park across the street - it worked out half the price of the Premier Inn parking and was only a two minute walk.
Stayed here a couple of times and it’s always been fine. There’s a lack of parking and the few spaces they do have are extortionately priced.nMy rooms have always been clean and comfortable. Staff are pleasant and helpful, if not a little slow.
Not so premier inn! Service from the gent on reception was very pleasant. He was very helpful. However, it's not as the advert stipulates, there were tissues just left by the elevators, one of which was out of order. The room was very basic, no table in the room, laminate was peeling off the headboard of the bed, the net curtain looked old and worn. Tables at breakfast were very small and they expected two of us to sit at one tiny table, and when we asked to sit at a table with more room we were abruptly told we have lots of other guests coming. There was actually plenty of room the entire time we were in the breakfast room.
Stayed in a family room when we were visiting to see a show. The location was excellent and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and everything you would expect from a Premier Inn. Breakfast appeared to be freshly made - smaller hot plates meant that fresh food was cooked regularly.
The service isn't great at this Premier Inn. I've stayed here twice. The first time everything was fine, the second time we had a room request. The staff couldn't be bothered to reserve the room. So I won't bother booking here a third time.
