Very nice hotel, conveniently located, clean and warm family rooms. Free Premier Inn parking after 6.30pm on weekdays and all day on weekends. Tesco Express right next-door. Checkout 12pm. We had a great stay.
Comfortable bed and clean room, very convenient for £55 per night. Air conditioning was a bit noisy during the night but it didn’t bother me. The restaurant / bar staff were proactive and worked hard. Shame there were so many children in the restaurant late at night making noise and preventing from an enjoyable dinner.
Very clean rooms, good food and service. Extra tea and coffee are available from down stairs wich is always good. There was plenty of choice of food we bad breakfast and supper there. Good deals with premier inn. Kids eat for a £1 wich is a good deal and there is a dinner and brecwast deal to be had. Also happy hour on cocktails if that's what you like. When we stayed there was plenty of family's staying and they are well catered for this. The price we payed for the hotel I found was reasonable and fair. The free car park was handy to know about also even though not very big car friendly. Would definitely stay again.
I booked an accessible room and asked for an extra bed as I was travelling with my two sons, one of whom is a wheelchair user.nThe room was very well laid out, with plenty of space to move around and access everything.nThe staff were friendly and helpful.
Absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff were lovely, very welcoming not to forget the head chef that went out of his way to make sure we was looked after and fed when we came into the restaurant for our tea no sooner we sat down ordered our drinks/food a coach full came into the hotel/restaurant, I explained to the head chef we had ordered our food and this was too much for us being surrounded by a coach full with suitcases etc as you can imagine this was really hectic and loud for a restaurant he kindly told me not to worry and he would bring our food up to our room for us, he even placed it in our hotel room asking permission to enter. Next morning he went out of his way greeting us into our morning breakfast. By far this hotel has been the best one I've stayed in for years and better than Travelodge in Slough 100%. I recommend this hotel to all families. we are a family of 4.nnBig thankyou for the yummy food, our boys demolished mac&cheese.
