A clean hotel with fine value for money, but missing a few comforts you usually expect.nnRoomsnThe good - The rooms were pleasant and clean. The air conditioning was fantastic and low noise. The room included a hairdryer, and clothes rack. The room had a private ensuite bathroom with shower which included soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The included coffee with the room was Kenco, so not too bad.nnThe not so good - A double room only came with one pillow on each side of the bed so two pillows total. The double room also only had one large towel and one small - not enough for two people. The bed did however have an oversize duvet which was a nice touch.nnServicenAt check-in, staff were helpful and gave us useful details. There was also a nice welcome cocktail.nnThe night staff were not quite as helpful. They were unable to access the locked fridges or freezers in the reception shop, so we were unable to buy most items.nnThe cleaning staff did not come in to clean any of the rooms during the stay, nor replace any of the tea/coffee which was disappointing.nnLocationnIt's Slough... However, proximity to London is convenient and cheap enough using the Elizabeth Line. I would highly recommend checking the last trains back, as if you miss them, getting back to Slough is very difficult.nnParkingnThe hotel has no parking onsite, however there was adequate and affordable parking nearby 5 min walk at Burlington Road.
I stayed at Moxy Slough for a few nights. The room was modern, clean, comfortable, and one of the best parts of the stay. The hotel is also in a great location, just a short walk from Slough railway station, making it very convenient for travel to London and Heathrow.nnUnfortunately, the breakfast was below expectations, with limited choice and average quality. The staff were polite, but the service felt quite average and not particularly welcoming.nnOverall, I would stay here again because of the excellent rooms and convenient location, but I hope the breakfast and customer service improve.
absolutely loved my stay at the Moxy Slough and couldn't find a single fault! The entire hotel was spotless and incredibly clean, making it a very comfortable place to relax. The staff were the highlight of the trip; they were so friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. I was also really impressed with the food, which was fresh and delicious with plenty of great options. Plus, the location is unbeatable since it's just a short walk to the train station and bus stops, making trips into London quick and easy. I’m happy to give it 5 stars across the board!
We stayed at Moxy Slough for one night during our trip to London, and overall, we had a very enjoyable experience.nnThe hotel is excellent, with comfortable and well-appointed rooms. We particularly liked the modern and stylish décor, which created a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay.nnThe staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.nnThe breakfast was wonderful. All five of us thoroughly enjoyed it, and there was a great variety of options available to suit everyone’s tastes. Our children also loved the games and entertainment area in the main lounge, which added an extra touch of fun to our stay.nnThe only aspect we didn’t particularly like was that the car park was located a bit too far from the hotel. As we were travelling with children and luggage, it wasn’t the most convenient arrangement. However, we do appreciate that the parking was free, which was certainly a positive point.nnOverall, we had a lovely stay and would happily recommend Moxy Slough to other families visiting the area.
Great hotel. Nice, clean, modern with comfy beds. Pillows however are very soft. Close to the train station for going to London. About 40mins on the Elizabeth line to bond st.. parking directly across the road£5 for 24hours would stay again as good transport links but Slough town centre is not recommended.
