A really wonderful stay, we always like premier inn stays as you know what you are getting for the value. The staff are exceptional here, Bethany and Megan in particular were so kind and friendly making our stay even more enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel as its an easy place to reach Milton Keynes stadium,only 8 min drive away
Stayed here on Sunday and it was a great experience. Maddy was extremely pleasant, she was very attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and make sure we had everything we needed. We ordered medium rare steak for dinner and it was cooked to perfection, compliments to the chef I believe her name is Onn. Would definitely recommend eating in the restaurant.nStayed in a premier plus room which was lovely, clean and well equipped.
Drove here and arrived at 14:30, paid for an hour in the car park in front and went to reception. A man thick beard said it was too early to check-in, and I asked if he could check my booking and leave the bags. He said it was ok and I could just leave my bags and I will get a tag, so once that got arranged went for lunch.nAfter that, had to top up parking until 6 and headed at 15:20 to the hotel. To my surprise, on my return, both kiosks not working bad preparation, and there were over 15 people waiting in line for one poor gentleman trying to check us all in on a single computer. 30 minutes go by and it's finally my turn.. I'm at the wrong hotel! There are 2 within 5 minutes drive.nAll of this could have been avoided if the first person I met would have checked my booking. Time lost, now I need to pay for parking at the new location again and frustrated. It was something so simple.nDo better in the future, I beg you please...
Really enjoyed my stay here. The location is very good, lots to see and do in the vicinity.nCampbell Park is a must.nFood was very nice.
Great hotel! Very well placed for a night out. Very nice breakfast and as always with premier Inn comfy beds
